Once your order has been processed, shipping takes approximately:

  • 5–11 business days for delivery, depending on your location and local customs procedures.

  • Total estimated timeframe: 6–14 business days from the date of purchase.

Please note: These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high demand, carrier issues, or customs inspections.


4. Taxes, Duties & Customs

  • All orders are shipped tax-free from our suppliers.

  • You will not be charged VAT or GST at checkout.

  • In rare cases, your local customs office may apply small import fees. These are the responsibility of the buyer and are beyond our control.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment.


6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all shipping information is correct before completing your purchase.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
