Refund policy
Welcome to Serafido! We strive to provide our customers with high-quality fashion items and an excellent shopping experience. Should you not be fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a simple and clear refund policy. Please read the terms and conditions below carefully.
1. Return conditions
- Items can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
- The item must be in original condition, unused, unwashed and with all labels and packaging attached.
- Sale items or items purchased with a discount code can only be exchanged or refunded in the form of shop credit, unless otherwise stated.
2. Excluded Items
Some items are not eligible for return or refund, including:
- Underwear and swimwear (due to hygiene reasons).
- Earrings and jewellery (due to hygienic reasons).
- Personalised or customised products.
3. Refund process
To return an item and request a refund, follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at [email] and provide your order number and reason for return.
- You will receive return instructions and return label via email. Please use this label to return the package.
- Once we have received and verified your return, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 working days.
4. Shipping costs
- Shipping costs for returning items are at your own expense, unless it is a faulty delivery or a defective item. In that case we will reimburse the shipping costs.
- Fashion House Serafido is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. We recommend sending your return with a track & trace code.
5. Exchange
- Would you prefer a different product or a different size? That is possible! Please contact our customer service within 14 days of receipt to arrange an exchange. Please note that exchanges are subject to the availability of the desired product.
6. Refunds in the form of shop credit
If you prefer to receive shop credit instead of a refund to your original payment method, we offer this option with an additional 10% credit as a thank you for your loyalty.
