Serafido Shipping Policy

- Countries: We currently only ship within the UK. 

- Future expansion: Expansion to other shipping areas is under consideration.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

- Within the UK: Free shipping on all orders.

- No hidden charges: All charges are clearly stated at checkout.

 

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

- Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-2 working days, Monday to Friday.

- Latest order time: 22:00 (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Amsterdam).

- Weekend orders: Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next working day.

 

DELIVERY TIME

- Estimated delivery time: 7-8 working days.

- Business days: Shipments take place from Monday to Friday.

- Notes: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions and transportation problems.

- Total Delivery Time: It takes a total of 8-10 working days until you receive your order.

 

SHIPPING DELAYS

- Possible delays: Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance, postal delivery delays or high shipping volumes during the holidays.

- Customs and postal services: Shipments may be subject to additional delays due to customs clearance or postal processing.

- Shipping during holidays: Higher demand during the holidays may lead to longer delivery times, which may affect the arrival of shipments.

 

SHIPPING PROCESS

- Reliable courier services: We ship via Royal Mail.

- Insured shipments: All shipments are insured. Please contact our customer service in case of loss or damage in transit.

- Eco-friendly packaging: We strive to use sustainable packaging materials to minimise our carbon footprint.

 

TRACKING INSTRUCTIONS

- Tracking information: After purchase, you will receive an email with tracking information, including the name of the shipping company and the tracking number.

PROCEDURE FOR MISSING ITEMS

- Report missing items: After receiving your package, please contact us at info@serafido.com to report the missing item.

- Resolution: We will solve the problem as soon as possible and send a replacement item or offer a refund.

 

RETURNS POLICY

- Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days from delivery date.

- Conditions for returns: Items must be unused, undamaged and returned in their original packaging. Personalised items cannot be returned.

- Fees: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or does not match the description. In such cases, Serafido will bear the cost of return shipping.

- Refund: Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receipt of the return and will be refunded to the original method of payment.

 

RESTOCKING FEE

- No restocking fee: Serafido does not charge a restocking fee for returns.

 

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

- For defective products: No cost to the customer. This applies if the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier or otherwise defective.

- For customer's regret: The actual cost of the return will be charged to the customer. This applies if the customer bought the wrong product, the item does not fit or no longer wants the item.

 

CURRENCY

All prices and charges stated on our website are in pound (GBP). All transactions are carried out in pounds, where applicable. Please note that any currency conversion charges are the customer's responsibility.
